RETURN POLICY

  • All items are final sale.
  • We encourage customers to contact us (by email, or at 212-644-6400) to discuss any questions prior to checking out.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • After you place your order, a Macklowe Gallery representative will be contacting you promptly to confirm shipping arrangements and process your order. This typically takes 2-3 business days
  • Customers who place orders after 3pm EST will be contacted and their orders processed the next business day. Please note we cannot ship out items before confirming details by phone.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or terminate an order at our discretion that may violate our Terms of Service or due to suspicious activity. If we have to cancel your order, any charges that we have directly placed to your payment method in connection with your order will be refunded in full. Any other fees charged by your financial institution, such as foreign transaction fees, are the responsibly of the customer. Please see our full Terms of Service for more details.

    SHIPPING

    • We are delighted to offer complimentary overnight domestic and international shipping on all orders via FedEx.
    • All orders are insured to the order amount by Macklowe Gallery.
    • As soon as orders are confirmed and processed, they will be shipped out, and tracking information issued.
    • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, etc.
